ARCOS GARDENS SCOOPS ONE PRIZE AT THE 2010 INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY AWARDS
Arcos Gardens is pleased to announce it has been named as the country’s Best Golf Development at the 2010 International Property Awards, held on Friday 24th September at the Park Lane Hotel in London’s Mayfair.
The International Property Awards is an annual celebration of the finest achievements across the globe in residential and commercial property. The objective of these awards is to recognise excellence in the property industry worldwide and to promote an international standard, and it is the world’s most prestigious competition that seeks to identify the best real estate professionals across the globe.
Arcos Gardens won an award in the category of Best Golf Development Spain. By Novaterra Resorts winning one of these coveted awards, it is clear that we are not only capable of competing at this level but can also triumph within the highly competitive Europe and Africa property arenas.
The award is particularly pleasing for the developers of Arcos Gardens, Novaterra Resorts, as it is the recognition of the quality and standard of this unique resort set in the stunning countryside of Cádiz province near the picturesque town of Arcos – an area that many refer to as “The Real Spain”.
The 440 acre development in a former olive grove has been transformed into a leading golf destination featuring a championship 18-hole course that was recently named one of Europe’s Top 100.
