We would like to congratulate Sweden's junior team for winning the TOYOTA WORLD CUP 2007 last week in Japan. Norway won the World Cup in 2006 with one stroke better than Sweden, but this year the Swedes got their revenge by beating second placed Norway with 9 strokes. The past winter the Swedish team have been practicing and preparing in Arcos Gardens for this event. They could not have been better prepared!!

Last Saturday, the 23rd of June, Arcos Gardens celebrated the third test of the Provincial Golf Circuit 2007 with a total of 85 players.

The circuit organised by Linksport counts with 6 tests from April until September in the following Golf courses; Montecastillo, Montenmedio, Arcos Gardens, Costa Ballena, Benalup and Villanueva Golf.

Arcos Gardens took advantage of this prestigious event to showcase its impressive project, and provided an information point for clients to learn more about our philosophy, ethics and the fantastic products we offer. Our model of the Amapola villa, the largest of our dwellings situated in the Jacarandas phase of the development with front line golf views, attracted a lot of attention from the public. The project was unique in the fact that it was the only one offering high quality individual dwellings in a low density environment. Despite recent nerves, SIMA demonstrated that the real estate market in Spain is still strong, evidenced by the interest of visitors from over 50 different countries.
