Exclusive villa construction commences at Arcos Gardens

Breaking ground for the first villa to be constructed at Arcos Gardens was done in style with the traditional cava being poured into the first construction area.

Arcos Gardens' 1st Villa Residents Christen Commencement of Construction on their plot

Christine & Arnold Allen were celebrating today the starting of work on their plot on the exclusive villa development Grazalema at Arcos Gardens Golf Club and Country Estate. The Golf Director, head of Construction and Head of Marketing all took advantage of the early morning Cava to help the Allens properly christen their first proper steps toward living at Arcos Gardens. Their new home will be ready 18 months from now and we cannot wait for their opening party...!

HOLE IN ONE

We want to congratulate Jose Andreu, a member of Novo Sancti Petri who played our course the 4th of December 2006, for his hole in one.

Jose Andreu used a 5 wood from the yellow tee on the 15th hole and the ball went straight into the hole.

This is the second hole in one we have had in Arcos Gardens and we hope that it is not the last one!

Arcos Gardens Golf Academy - Now Open!

Arcos Gardens Golf Academy, directed by Ashley Northridge, director of Golf, is now up and running. We count with two golf professionals, Diego Ramos of Spanish nationality, and Martin Brännström from Sweden, both possess good knowledge in the teaching of the game.

We offer the opportunity for golf players of all levels, from beginners to single figure handicappers, to improve their golf with individual or group lessons of half an hour or one hour, they also have the possibility to receive lessons on the 9 or 18 holes of the course.

Arcos Gardens celebrates the re-opening of its 18 championship golf holes

The Arcos Gardens team welcomed nearly 200 friends, residents and members to a celebration event at the end of October. A dinner was held with a dancing horse, art gallery and live music as elements of the entertainment. The following day many played in a 4 ball better ball tournament in the Arcos Gardens Invitational. We hope to see everyone back here again the following year in October 2007!!
