El Hotel Cortijo Faín opens its doors to the public next Monday 21st June
Hotel Cortijo Faín is currently getting ready for its opening to the public next Monday 21st June. After meticulous renovations during the last 6 months the hotel’s original Andalucian features, such as its white-washed walls and artisan black grilles have been returned to their former glory. The hotel is now ready to welcome its clients to enjoy its hospitality and relax in its beautiful environment.
With a service level replicating that of most 5 star hotels, all installations have been updated to offer modern comforts within traditional surroundings allowing all the detail of the original design to be maintained. 9 amply furnished and spacious suites are currently being offered within this boutique hotel setting, each room with its own personality. There are 2 standard doubles, 4 superior doubles and 3 junior suites, 2 of which with large terraces.
The Hotel Cortijo Faín will also be used as a temporary club house for the golf course. Above and beyond the beautiful surroundings, the excellence in service quality will ensure that the hotel will be a cosy place with attention top detail in everything it offers its clients. These details could not be better personified than with the gastronomic offering that has been developed by head chef Carlos Guerrero. A Michelin-starred trained chef, Carlos’s aim is to develop a cuisine that has all the traditional flavours from the local area mixed with the best modern cooking style.
