The new kitchens at Restaurante Hotel Cortijo FaÃn open to serve the Swedish Golf Federation
Upon arrival, the Swedish visitors sampled some light snacks accompanied by a glass of sherry in the Tapas Lounge. After a brief tour of Arcos Gardens, and a presentation by Golf Director, Ashley Northridge, they moved into the new Restaurante Hotel Cortijo FaÃn, where they enjoyed a delicious 4-course meal, consisting of a typical starter of Iberian Ham and Manchego cheese, a hearty shellfish soup and grilled pork steaks. The meal was accompanied by local wines and completed with a home-made chocolate mousse.
