On Thursday, 9th February 2006, the first cement was poured on what will be the Show Flat for the townhouses known as “Fairway Gardens”. The work is being carried out in accordance with the residential project, with the aim of creating comfortable homes with a complete range of services. Quality of life, practicality and design are the main concepts, as well as low density development, with only 80 homes. Fairway Gardens turns from a plan to reality.
